Products and compatibility
Customers must select the exact phone brand and model. Product availability, final specifications, warranty and price are confirmed on the real product page and order confirmation. Clearly labelled demo products are not for sale.
Orders and payment
Submitting checkout is a request to place an order. An order may be cancelled or refunded if payment fails, stock is unavailable, information is incorrect or the address is not serviceable. Live payment terms will follow the selected payment provider.
Delivery and installation
Delivery availability and charges are shown at checkout. Installation is limited to confirmed eligible Chennai locations and appointments. Customers should back up their phone data before installation or repair work.
